    本科毕业论文范文 我国社会保障法律制度的完善和发展 〔内容提要〕 党的十七大报告指出,社会保障是社会安定的重要保证,是构建和谐社会,实现和谐社会的重要保障,完善的社会保障制度是建立社会主义市场经济体制的保证。为此我们必须充分认识其重要性,加快社会保障立法进程,尽快建立起完备的社会保障法律制度。 首先,从认识的层面上理解完善社会保障法律制度的重要性。它是经济发展的“助推器”、维护社会稳定的“安全网”、社会公平的“调节器”。其次,当前现存的社会保障法律制度相当一部分是在计划经济体制下建立的,已不能适应新的要求,存在不少弊端,其主要表现为:没有形成一个统一完整的社会保障法律制度体系,社会保障法规立法层次低,缺乏较高的法律效力,农村的社会保障体系尚未建立,社会保障的法律实施机制较为薄弱。其三,通过立法健全完善社会保障法律制度已迫在眉睫,社会保障立法应遵循五大原则:待遇水平应与国民经济发展和国家财力状况相适应的原则、集中和分散立法相结合的原则、国家企业和个人共同分担的原则、保障方式多层次的原则、管理服务社会化的原则。其四,对我国社会保障法律制度未来的展望:树立合理的立法理念,健全社会保障的司法机制,进一步扩大社会保险法的覆盖范围,加大推广慈善公益组织,逐步完善农村社会保障法律制度,切实解决社会保险金的支付风险问题和保证社会保险基金的保值增值,根据经济全球化的发展要求适时作出法律修改和调整。 〔关键词〕 社会保障 法律制度 原则

    本科毕业论文范文 学校师生交流平台的设计与开发 摘 要 新世纪以来,各种应用软件迅猛发展,利用软件系统对组织的内部人员或资源进行信息化管理成为社会发展的趋势之一。 在我国的学校里,学校对学生的管理也正迅速地适应着这一总体趋势,纷纷引入了各种针对学生管理的应用软件系统。得益于此,学校的管理水平和管理效率都有了较大提升。但是,目前大部分的学生管理系统所设计的师生交互功能存在不足,使得信息流基本都是由学生流向老师,而老师的评阅反馈功能得不到体现。久而久之,就可能会演变成高度的行政命令式使用系统,有可能导致师生对信息化管理趋势的认识产生偏差,甚至对信息系统的使用产生抵触情绪。 本项目设计与开发的学校师生交流平台基于对上述问题的思考出发,提出解决这一问题的其中一种可行方案。本项目首先采用了原型法对系统主要功能进行界定;然后根据面向对象分析与设计的主线,使用UML2.x进行系统建模;最后应用了JavaWeb编程技术、jQuery组件技术等实现系统功能。 本文阐述了从系统分析、系统设计到系统实现的完整流程,希望可以帮助读者迅速地了解开发一个信息系统的全貌。 关键词:师生交流平台;JavaWeb;jQuery;面向对象 School teacher-student communication platform design and development ABSTRACT With the advent of a new century, Using software system to manage organizing internal staff and personnel resource by a modern informational way is one of the trade of social development. In schools of China, students management in school is adapting to the entire tendency rapidly, they introduced various kinds of application software aiming at students management. Thanks to the benefit of it, the school managing level and efficiency has improved a lot. On the other hand, in most of the present students’ management system, there is still shortage in the function of teachers and students transferring message. This shortage results in the information goes to teachers by students takes majority, and the teachers’ reviewing and giving response can hardly be incarnated. Gradually, it turns into an administrative imperative system. It is possible that it results in deviation arised by students and teachers’ cognition of information management tendency, even conflicted emotions. This project design and development has based on the communication between teachers and students of the above problem platform consideration, what's more ,the paper points out a feasible scheme the solving problem. At first, the project has used to the method of system prototype for defining the main function; And then based on the object-oriented analysis and design, use the main system modeling UML2.X; Finally JavaWeb programming technology, used jQuery component technology are realized system functions .     本科毕业论文范文 摘要 随着国际贸易数量和规模的不断扩大,贸易结算的风险也随之增大。各国贸易商必须慎重选择国际结算方式,评析各种结算方式的优劣,当风险发生时能进行有效的防范,以此来促进企业的健康发展。 目前国际贸易中结算方式主要有三种:汇款、托收和信用证。汇款是进口商直接通过银行把款项付给出口商的结算方式;托收是出口商把货运单据交给托收银行,委托托收银行办理货款的回收,这两种结算方式都是以商业信用为基础的,办理国际结算的各相关银行对进出口双方的交货、付款等过程中的一切风险都不承担任何责任,只是按照双方的委托,承担受托办理和支付的角色,因此进口商和出口商在整个的贸易过程中要自己承担相应的风险。正因如此,代表银行信用的参与国际贸易结算的信用证应用而生,信用证结算方式把进口商履行付款责任转变为由银行有条件地履行付款,其条件就是出口商提供的单据要完全与信用证的要求相符。银行信用参与结算既保证了出口商安全迅速地收到货款,也保证了进口商按时收到货运单据,从而得到货物。国际结算方式随着经济的发展逐渐趋向成熟,国际保理、福费廷等新兴结算方式也相继出现,并服务于不同的经济活动中。不同的结算方式各有其不同的规则、特点和流程。各种结算方式表现出不同优劣特征,怎样利用其各自的优点避开缺点以降低风险,针对不同的贸易客户,采用不同的单一或混合的结算方式,使贸易双方和相关银行各得其所,从中受益,对国际贸易的发展具有重要意义。 关键词:国际贸易结算方式 优劣 风险规避 市场营销 Common Means of Settlement in International Trade Advantages and Disadvantages of Analysis Abstract As the volume of international trade and size of the continuous expansion of trade settlement risk is even greater. Through the analysis of demand for driver training schools, I carried out the design of the total process system, the general framework, the database and the system menu. The system include six modules: user management, trainees’ information management, coaches information management, management of training trainees, management about trainees book vehicles, trainees payment management. The audio processing is just the sound processing, here. Digital audio is the basic of the audio processing. This process is also like dealing with samples. Developing the audio processing system was based on Visual 6.0 platform. The functions of mapped message were responsed for varieties of operations, such as opening the file, saving the file and creating the file, playing, clipping the wave and pasting the wave, making the wave larger or smaller, mouse double clicks, and click, mouse moving. Then depended on the process chart edit the code for varieties of operations to achieve the foundations of the system in the mapped message functions and debugged the code. At last the foundations of audio processing have achieved. On the Visual 6.0 platform, edited the audio processing system with the method which referred above. Last, the system has finished and can deal with the wave files. And the effect was also achieved. .     本科毕业论文范文 基于.Net的bug管理系统的开发与设计 摘 要 随着社会的蓬勃发展,软件行业的激烈竞争也日益明显,人们对软件的质量要求也越来越严格,而对软件缺陷(bug)的管理则是确保软件质量的一个重要环节。本文介绍了基于.Net技术的软件bug管理系统的设计与实现。软件缺陷是在软件生命周期中不可避免的对象,对bug的管理是软件管理的重要组成。现有管理方法是将进入到系统中的问题,都认为是软件缺陷进行处理,但是实际情况却可能有虚假或重复的缺陷报告,不及时处理这些问题,它本身又可能形成新的bug。从软件系统考虑,应将软件缺陷管理纳入到项目管理信息系统之中,成为项目管理信息系统的一个子系统,对维护人员提交的缺陷报告认真鉴定、筛选、分类,进入不同的处理流程,以获得真正的缺陷管理数据。本文在分析讨论这些问题的基础上,提出新的软件缺陷管理系统的总体结构。 本系统采用ASP.Net动态网页技术和Microsoft SQL Server数据库平台,使用C#作为本项目的主要开发语言,结合Linq、java script等技术手段和B/S模式结构,从实际应用出发,完成系统的bug管理、个人中心、项目管理、模块管理等功能。本文阐述系统从需求分析到系统实现的开发过程,让读者对系统整个开发流程的有所了解。 关键词:bug管理系统 ASP.Net C# B/S模式结构 Deployment and Design Of Bug Management System for .Net ABSTRACT With the rapid development of society,the competition among software industries has become more and more intense, and people’s expectation on the function and quality of softwares has also become stronger and stronger,in older to ensure the quality of softwares,the management of software bug is widely applied. This article introduces the design and implementation of the software bug management system,which is based on Net Skill.Software bug is an inevitability in the process of the application of software . The management of bug is a significant part of software management.Nowaday,the management of software is to dispose all the problems entering the system in the same way of handling software bug.However, actually there may be false and repetitive bug reports.More bug may appear if these problems are left unsolved. Taking software system into consideration,bug management should be added into the project management information system and become one of its subsystems.Moreover, the bug reports should be carefully tested、selected、and classified into different manage processes so as to gain relevant bug management data.Based on the analysis of these problems,this article presents a new overall structure of the management of software bug. The system uses the ASP.Net dynamic web page technology and Microsoft SQL Server database platform, using C # as the project's main development language, combined with Linq, Html, java script, CSS and other technical means and the B / S model structure, from the practical application, completed system of bug management, personal center, project management, module management and other functions. This paper describes the system from requirements analysis to system implementation of the development process, so the reader on the system understands the whole development process. To conform to this trend, there are lots of emails from different sites, and Microsoft Corporation developed the software Outlook which can receive emails from any web sites. But to the fast pace of modern people, it is very important to sort the emails received. The essential function of the Outlook Attachment Management Software is sort the e_mails received by Outlook and manage them, seek the results through the sort. So it can be enable for users to look up useful information quickly, and also rule out the interference of advertising messages. And this system have function that it can save emails’ attachments by batch, it can save the attachments of the same subject to the same folder which would be convenient to look up, it would be unnecessary to open every emails to save attachments. This article introduce the conception, emergence, definition, sort of the Outlook Attachment Management Software. It analyse how the Outlook Attachment Management Software works.
