Here is the words of Advice from BillGates:
Life is wonderful, but it is alsochallenging at times。
Bill Gates is one of the most successful businessman in history. He recently gave the following advice to a group of students about11 things they may not learn in school. He talked about howfeel-good, politically correct teachings created a full generationof kids with no concept of reality. This concept will set them upfor failure in the real world。
We want all of you to be very successful, so consider some of hiswords:
  Rule 1.
Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!
  Rule 2.
Rule 2:The world won’t care about your self-esteem. The worldwill expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good aboutyourself。
  Rule 3.
Rule 3:You will NOT make 40 thousand dollars a year right out ofhigh school. You won’t be a vice-president with a car phone, untilyou earn both。
  Rule 4.
Rule 4:If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get aboss. He doesn’t have tenure。
  Rule 5.
Rule 5:Flipping burger is not beneath your dignity. Yourgrandparents had a different word for burger flipping they calledit opportunity。
  Rule 6.
Rule 6:If you mess up, it’s not your parents’ fault, so don’twhine about your mistakes, learn from them。
  Rule7.
Rule 7:Before you were born, your parents weren’t as boring asthey now are. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaningyour clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. Sobefore you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parents’generation, try delousing the closet in your own room。
  Rule8.
Rule 8:Your school may have done away with winners and losers butlife has not. In some schools they have abolished failing gradesand they’ll give you as many times as you want to get the rightanswer. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING inreal life。
  Rule 9.
Rule 9 ife is not divided into semesters. You don’t get summersoff and very few employers are interested in helping you findyourself. Do that on your own time。
  Rule 10.
Rule 10:Television is NOT real life. In real life people actuallyhave to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs。
  Rule 11.
Rule 11:Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working forone。
