Every moment in the market is unique. Take a moment and think about the concept of uniqueness. “Unique” means not like anything else that exists or has ever existed. As much as we may understand the concept of uniqueness, our minds don’t deal with it very well on a practical level. As we have already discussed, our minds are hardwired to automatically associate (without conscious awareness) anything in the exterior environment that is similar to anything that is already inside of us in the form of a memory, belief, or attitude. This creates an inherent contradiction between the way we naturally think about the world and the way the world exists. No two moments in the external environment will ever exactly duplicate themselves. To do so, every atom or every molecule would have to be in the exact same position they were in some previous moment. Not a very likely possibility. Yet, based on the way our minds are designed to process information, we will experience the “now moment” in the environment as being exactly the same as some previous moment as it exists inside our minds.

　　如果要强行推广“打开封闭住宅小区”的决策，恐怕得先废除《中华人民共和国物权法》。

　　《物权法》第七十三条规定：建筑区划内的道路，属于业主共有，但属于城镇公共道路的除外。

　　ZF要求打开的封闭小区，其内部道路不属于“城镇公共道路”。所以，小区内部道路，其使用权属于所有业主共有，没有任何义务对外开放。

　　即使要开放，也应该由全体业主投票自决。《物权法》是根据宪法制定，经人代会审议通过的，《意见》并不能凌驾《物权法》之上。
