试图安装Tquant，使用pip install tquant。出错，安装不成功，求楼主解惑。环境：Win7 x64，Python 3.6，Anaconda。主要出错信息如下：
1、我已经提前安装了Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, vc_redist.x64.exe。但还是出现了第一个错误，信息如下：
  building 'msgpack' library
  error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C+

2、第2个错误如下，不知道是否由第一个错误引起的：难道我需要安装整套的Microsoft Visual C++?
