Dear all admin / advanced users,

I am newbie... I wanna ask, even i fulfill the criteria for "primary school student" e.g (10 points...)

Do I still need to wait 升级剩余时间 to become zero before I can upgrade?

I have checked those newbie help files, but seems nobody mentioned about this point.

It would be grateful if anyone could clarify it.
