西南财经大学地处国家历史文化名城素有“天府之国”美誉的成都，是一所有着93年历史的知名高校，是教育部直属的“双一流”建设的全国重点大学，也是原“211工程”和“985工程”优势学科创新平台建设大学。西南财经大学是首批参加美国AEA年会面向海外博士招聘的高校之一，目前海归近300人，同时，聚集了一大批从事行为经济学、行为金融学、实验经济学的教师和学生，具有良好的学术研究氛围。
为布局行为经济学、行为金融学、实验经济学等重要的新兴学科交叉领域，围绕“世界一流大学、世界一流学科”建设，西南财经大学成立了校级科研教学单位“中国行为经济与行为金融研究中心”（China Center for Behavioral Economics and Finance ，CCBEF），见http://www.swufe.edu.cn/2018-04/12/201804121310376373.html。中心在放眼世界的同时，立足中国实践研究中国问题，探索一般性真理，最终形成集学术研究、政策分析与评价及创新拔尖人才培养为一体的前沿、特色、开放的学科建设大平台，力争在建校一百周年时建成国内领先、具有国际影响力的行为经济学、行为金融学、实验经济学、基因经济学等学科的学术高地。
因工作需要，拟从国内外高校引入若干名行为经济学、行为金融学、实验经济学、基因经济学及其相关专业博士作为专职科研和教学教师。
一、应聘条件：
1.应已获得或即将获得金融学、经济学、管理学等专业博士学位，研究方向为实验经济学、行为经济学、行为金融学、或基因经济学。具有较好的学术训练和较强的科研潜力；
2.应届博士毕业生年龄35岁以下；在职副教授年龄40岁以下；在职教授年龄45岁以下。教学科研成果突出者，条件可适当放宽。
二、薪酬待遇：
1.引进的高层次人才实行聘任制和年薪制。基本年薪按照《西南财经大学人才引进及管理办法》等相关制度确定；
2.提供有竞争力的待遇，特别优秀者可一人一议。在研究条件方面，中心能提供优越的研究实验室物质保障、充裕的实验经费支持、良好的研究氛围。

Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Behavioral Economics, Behavioral Finance and Experimental Economics
Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is located in Chengdu, China, a historic city of rich Chinese culture and a place well-known as “the land of abundance”. The university, with a history of 93 year, is one of the top universities that specialized in economics, finance and management in China. It is one of the “Double First-Class” universities credited by Chinese Ministry of Education and has cultivated many famous Chinese economists such as Lin Xie, Yinbao Chen, Xianglong Tang, Tingxing Xu, and Shibai Liu. Along with Peking University and Tsinghua University, SWUFE is also one of the first group of Chinese universities that recruit faculty members from all over the world via the AEA meetings. Now SWUFE has nearly 300 oversea Ph.D. holders, including a large group of people specializing or interested in behavioral economics, behavioral finance and experimental economics. This creates great atmosphere for academic communication and research.
China Center for Behavioral Economics and Finance (CCBEF) is a recently established research institute of SWUFE, and is one of the few research centers in China that focuses on behavioral economics and behavioral finance. It aims to produce internationally-recognized top-quality research in experimental economics, behavioral economics, behavioral finance and other edge-cutting behavioral sciences. CCBEF now invites applicants worldwide for full-time, tenure-track research positions at assistant, associate, or full professor level. Applicants specializing in the fields of experimental economics, behavioral economics, behavioral finance, neuroeconomics and genoeconomics are welcome.
Qualification: A qualified junior applicant should have a Ph.D. in one of these fields or should be expected to receive it before July 2018. Senior applicants should have excellent records on research and teaching. We warmly welcome non-Chinese applicants.
Job Responsibility: Quality research and teaching.
Benefits: The job will be contract-based. Compensation package and working conditions are competitive according to the international standard. Sufficient research fund and research facilities will be provided. For candidates with strong research record, salaries can be negotiated.
