第四届激光与光电子研讨会将于2018年12月1日至3日于中国三亚举办。本届大会是由工程信息研究院，科研出版社，千人智库等多家单位共同协办。 激光与光电子国际研讨会将遵循学术性、国际性的原则，特邀国内外相关领域内的学者专家前来参会，并做出精彩的报告。

所有被会议录用的稿件将会发表在国际开源期刊并提交知网、谷歌学术收录。

审稿流程：本次会议采用先投稿，先送专家评审的方式进行，审稿周期约1周。
