The Program Coordinator, China Bachelor/Master programmes of emlyon Asian Campus
Main responsibilities
-Coordination with professors and students about programme and study trips’ timetables and processes.
-Coordination of teaching activities’ logistics
-Preparation of teaching supports for courses
-Organisation of welcome sessions, evaluation sessions for varied programmes
-Preparation of student evaluation forms, compilation and summaries of students evaluations
- Other responsibilities assigned by program office whenever needed
Desired profile:
-2 years of similar professional experience, ideally for a leading business school
- Bachelor degree from a leading school
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Experience on working in intercultual environment is desirable.
- Great attention on details, and attach importance on delivery qualities
- Capbility to deliver results again tight schedules.
