This job is responsible for managing the delivery of high quality Bachelor programs within the emlyon business school Asia, including:

l BBA, within AEBS (Asia Europe Business School), in collaboration with ECNU,

l BBA, with Zizhu and AEBS,

l Blended Learing BBA, in partnership with Wisdom Tree



Main Duties and Responsibilities


Detailed responsibilities include:

1. Management of professors and courses；





2. Management of students in different programs；




3. Management of teaching supports & logistics for all courses, examination and Evaluation；




4. Liaison with emlyon faculty department and professors in France, and inter-

campus coordination including student study trip, optimization of teaching

planning, especially via the blended learning platform；




5. Coordination with Chinese partners, including East China Normal University, Zizhu, Wisdom Tree, among the others；




6. Accountability for the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators: e.g. student retention, progression, and completion outcomes；





7.Establishing and maintaining industry networks and professional development Plans, including company projects, internship, together with corporate relationship division and alumni network division；





8. Preparation of the budgets of programmes / follow-up of revenues &

expenses, contracts workloads, professors’ needs and payments.





9. Taking care of digital platforms





Essential

 Master level (or equivalent) in the economic or management field. Doctorate is a plus, not obligatory

 At least 4 years' relevant experience in the higher education industry (international and China system)

 Fluent in English and Chinese; French is a plus, not obligatory

 IT skill, including the ability to use related software, databases

 Spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship (“early makers”)

 Proven high-level project management skills;

 Proven people management skills (managing and developing a team and projects; Collegiate and effective team player)

 Great attention to detail, with a particular and a demonstrated commitment to quality assurance

 Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (including risk management);

 Ability to deliver results against tight deadlines;

 Experience of preparing, managing and controlling annual budgets/resources;



Desirable

 Good awareness of key issues, trends, opportunities and challenges in the higher education sector, dare to innovate;

 Experience of higher education in France or in Europe

 Experience of cross Business Unit cooperation, so as to deliver new projects, programs;
