This article analyzes the influence of transnational retailers on the Chinese local retailers by studying the situation of the Chinese retailers¡¢ the foreign invested retail corporations, and the competition of them. Then I conclude that the influence of transnational retailers to the local retail corporation mainly in manufacturers£¬consumers£¬the mode of competition £¬industry rules and so on £®Finally this article gives some policy advice to the local retail corporations.
