电热恒温箱的微机控制系统
摘要：本文以单片机80C552为核心，设计了电热恒温箱的微机控制系统。本系统采用集成温度传感器AD590进行温度检测和处理，利用单片机中的八路十位逐次比较型A/D转换器进行信号采集。本系统还设计了越限报警功能，并用键盘设定温度值，控制电热丝进行加热，使工作间的温度稳定在某一设定值。本系统还采用了时钟芯片MC146818 显示当前的时间。当电源断电后，可以靠蓄电池供电，进行时钟计时功能及保留其内部RAM的数据。

Abstract
The core of this paper is 80C552 single microcomputer, designed the computer control system of the electrothermal constant temperature box.
This system adopts integration the sensor of temperature AD590 to carry on examining and dealing with temperature signal. Make use of single microcomputer eight ten roads A/D transform of machine with compare gradually to collect signal. This system designed alarm faction of over limit, and use keyboard set temperature number, control the quantity of heat supply of the electric thermal thread and to make the temperature of the workshop stable at a certain established number. This system adapt clock chip MC146818 to show the time. It is supplying power depend on the storage battery carry on the function of clock working, and the data of its internal RAM, then power is be cut.
