自动化专业论文范文 基于WINCC组态软件对复杂工程设计的研究与实现 摘 要 随着工业自动化水平的迅速提高,人们对工业自动化的要求越来越高,集成了人机界面(HMI)系统和监控管理(SCADA)系统的通用工业自动化组态软件的出现,实现了完美的过程可视化,为各种工业领域提供完备的操作和监视功能。 本文主要介绍了(1)利用西门子公司的WinCC 6.2 组态软件设计制作友好的人机界面,并与触摸屏/文本显示器/操作面板+一、二次结线图一起构成三重监控的新模式,实现利用上位机在造纸过程中对各个工艺流程系统的实时监控和跟踪记录以及对设备的集中控制;(2)并且使用工业以太网交换机和普通以太网卡通过TCP/IP方式小规模连接PLC和工业PC机,让整个废旧造纸生产系统可以系统地联网。解决每个生产部门之间不能及时、快捷、方便联系的问题,改变长期以来“单打独斗的局面,用于实现提高整个造纸系统的生产效率、运行可靠性、方便生产管理、减少不必要的人力浪费甚至环保。 关键词:联网 三重监控 人机界面 WinCC Based on WINCC configuration software to complex engineering design's research and realization Abstract Along with industrial automation level rapid enhancement, the people were getting higher and higher to industrial automation's request, integrated the man-machine contact surface (HMI) the system and the monitoring management (SCADA) system's general industrial automation configuration software's appearance, has realized the perfect process visualization, provided the complete operation and the surveillance function for each industrial field. This article mainly said that (1)uses Siemens's WinCC 6.2 configuration software design manufacture friendly man-machine contact surface, and/operates kneading board + one, two cording diagrams with the touchscreen/text monitor to constitute the tertiary monitoring new pattern together, realizes the use superior machine and tracks the record as well as to equipment's common control in the papermaking process to each technical process system's real-time monitoring;(2) And the use industry ethernet switchboard and the ordinary ether network card connect PLC and industry PC machine through the TCP/IP way small scale, enables the entire worn out papermaking production system to be possible systematically the networking. Solves between each Production department not to be able prompt, quick, the convenience relation question, the change “to play singles the aspect which since long fights alone, uses in realizing raises the entire papermaking system's production efficiency, the movement reliability, convenience production management, the reduced nonessential manpower waste even environmental protection.
