It can help customer to understand the software function. Control operation method and the difficulty problem resolved to meet in the usage. The document compiling ‘s quality relates to application software’s record directly, controlling, supporting, communicating and such a series of work.. So it is very important to create a help system when you finish the applied software. A high quality’s commercializing software has to have a bundant, perfect, and easy to use help system. This thesis introduce the main formats of the help files of Internet applications, conclude the most popular creation tools of help system at present and also to comparison and summary difference among them. Point out the existence problem in current help system. Take help & manual as an example to conclude the thought way how to design and compile a help system, and the key point is introduce the creation method of the help system of the MSDN style and dynamic state help system., take telecommunication company for a example to introduce how to make a dynamic state’s design and realization.. also discuss XML how to used in the help & manual and its advantage. and summary how to cite the help files in a programme developed with Delphi.
