摘 要
参考系是用来描述物体运动而选作标准的另外的物体。同一运动,相对于不同的参考系有不同的描述。在动能定理和机械能守恒定律中,选择不同的参考系,其外力做功或动能就不同,从而影响定理或定律的成立或计算的繁简程度。因此,在运用动能定理或机械能守恒定律时,选择参考系的一般原则是选惯性参考系并力求简单方便。

Abstract
The reference system is used to describe the movements of objects as a standard for other objects. To the same movement, different reference systems have different descriptions. Due to select different reference systems, external force acting or the kinetic energy of an object is different in the kinetic energy theorem and the mechanical energy conservation relations. Thus the establishment of theorem or law or the degree of computation is influenced. Therefore, in general principle, the selection reference system is the inertia system, simply and convenient in the application of kinetic energy theorem or mechanical energy conservation relations.
