某园区物业系统的设计与实现
摘 要
随着信息技术的飞速发展，知识经济、互联网经济已逐渐成为新世纪全球经济的主体，信息技术的应用在逐步改变企业传统的经营管理模式的基础上，逐渐成为未来企业经营管理和商务活动的主要方式。
物业管理系统就是这种环境下演绎而生的一种新兴的物业管理手模式。它借助现有的高科技手段和通讯设备，将物业管理所做的大部分工作由电脑代替。电脑中收集物业管理所需的资料并按照预先设计好的方式的进行适当的加工处理，然后将结果返馈给管理人员，以供管理人员进行分析和决策。这样压缩了管理的中途环节，将管理中的人为失误降到最小程度，可精简管理人员，降低企业成本，使管理者和业主对住宅小区中的事物能更方便、更快捷、更满意的得到答复，减少小区管理的人力、物力和财力，真正做到与信息化技术接轨。
经过实际调查和综合分析，本系统是基于B/S结构，使用MyEclipse作为开发环境，使用编程语言Java 对整个系统进行设计与开发，后台数据库使用MySQL。本系统可以根据实际应用的具体情况，适当加以修改，以便更好的应用。本系统操作简单，灵活性好，系统安全性高，运行稳定。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the information technology and knowledge-based economy, the internet economy has gradually become the global economy, the new century, information technology applications in order to gradually change the traditional management pattern on the basis of becoming the main way of business management and business activity in the future.
Property management system is such circumstances, enactment of a new property management hand. it with existing technology and communications equipment and property management for most of the work by computer. the computer replace the collection of properties management information, it needed and in accordance with the best in the appropriate process, and the feeding back to the managerial personnel for management analysis and policy-making. thus restrained the management of the link and restore control of the artificial.
Through practical investigation and comprehensive analysis of the system is based on B/S structure, using MyEclipse as development environment, Java programming language to use the entire system design and development, back-end database using MySQL. The system can be based on the actual application of the actual circumstances, be modified to better application. The system is simple, good flexibility, the system safe and stable operation.
