摘 要
本文是对我国电子商务人才需求的分析，当代社会，信息技术的发展突飞猛进，已成为继工业革命后，世界经济最大的推动力，代表了先进的生产了。以提高商务活动效率，延伸商务活动范围为主要特征的电子商务在世界经济贸易中发挥出越来越重要的作用。电子商务是一种以通讯技术，计算机技术，网络技术为支撑的商务活动。其本质内涵是信息数据化的商务活动，而这一活动的组成要素是信息流，物流，资金流。“三流”的互动，构成了电子商务活动的内核。内核是事物的本质，而对本质的认识及其功能的开发又依赖于应用领域的丰富和外延的拓展。

Abstract
This text is to demanding analysis in talented person in electronic commerce in our country， contemporary society， technical development in information progress by leaps and bounds， have become after Industrial Revolution， economic biggest motivation in world， represented the advanced gave birth to. To increase business movable efficiency， the extension business movable scope is the electronic commerce of the main characteristic to develop a more and more important function in economic trade in world. The electronic commerce is a kind of with the communication technique， calculator technique， the network technique is a sustaining business activity. Its innate character content is a business activity that information data turn， but this activity constitutes the main factor is an information to flow， logistics， the funds flows. The interaction of the " third-grade"， constituted the inside of the electronic commerce activity.
