For this purpose, we will public the enterprises food safety information on-line, establish a management of information and a testing about information system gradually. So we determine the key technologies and select the best development by analyzing the system requirements and carrying out the function of the system analysis and detail. The system uses SQL Server 2000 database, so it conveniently uses by regulatory authorities, enterprises and consumers .Because of its storage space, we solve well the communications problems about a large amount of data transmission on internet.
