摘 要
我国IT市场在过去的二十多年经历了市场潜伏期、萌芽期、初步发展期后，终于引来了强劲的扩张期，也随之进入了企业并购的时代。谁能抢得先机实现合理并购，谁就在未来的竞争中获得主动权。在这个充满竞争力的国际IT市场上，中国IT企业只有不断的提升自身的竞争力才能够国际IT大舞台上面发光。在这种背景下联想在2005年宣布拆资17.5亿美元并购全球IT巨头IBM公司的PC业务，目的就是借助IBM在海外市场的知名度以及它的高科技技术。这个备受媒体和专家学者议论的交易是否成功呢？本文对联想收购IBM PC业务的风险和机遇，探讨了新联想在整合双方资源中遇到的问题，最后结合自己的专业对如何提高我国IT也竞争力提出了看法，认为新联想在在内部制定合理的管理制度，做好整合工作，最大程度利用IBM 的资源，提升自己的综合实力，从而在全球IT市场放出光芒。

On international IT marketplace being full of competition in this, Chinese IT enterprise gives out light big stages of international IT above only when ceaseless lifting self's competition can just now.High technology technology associating notability and its announcing business , purpose are to draw support from IBM in overseas market dismantling PC giving supplies to 1,750,000,000 U. S. dollar and buying the whole world IT magnate IBM company in 2005 under background in this.This catch whether or not successful business woollen cloth that the medium and the expert scholar discuss about?
