One injection mold for a refrigerator drawer was designed in this dissertation. The software tools of UG, AutoCAD and Moldflow are mainly used in the design process£¬and the advantages of computer-aided design programs were fully utilized to achieve the design scheme. Firstly, the author finished CAE analysis on parts by using Moldflow and obtained a series of calculated results, and analyzed the structure of the plastic part, and then chosed a single-mold surface and oblique-slip devices, and finished the drawings of the mold by AutoCAD and Yanxiu Tools at last.Then, parts modeling with the UG Moldwizard were finished. Finally,the author drew die deputy general assembly and some of the important parts with using the AutoCAD. As a whole the mould is simple in structure and good at working reliability. The design of this injection mold is of some significance for the fact production. In short, the mold design is simple and reliable, and the drawings of the mold are instructive for the actual production.
