Therefore, bank and trade finance business has become a win-win business types. In recent years, traditional credit products to meet the basic needs of daily business financing, and thus fewer varieties of domestic trade financing, trade financing caused by the domestic steel business is slow. With the gradual deepening of financial reform, the credit market will undergo significant changes, however, the traditional credit market competition has become saturated, who can seize the steel as soon as the domestic trade finance in emerging markets, who will be able to grasp the customer resources, increase revenue, achieve future development of comparative advantage. This paper describes the system of domestic iron and steel trade finance definition, characteristics, and the difference between traditional credit products, introduced China's domestic trade finance business to carry out the status quo, from the macro and micro aspects of analysis, and learn from Western commercial banks to carry out trade finance business model, to explore China's commercial banks to promote domestic trade finance business development strategies.
