The study has very important research and application value.The study combines the technics of the expanded plastic and molded pulp.On the basis ofexperiment and theory combination,we have deeply studied the foaming technology of pulp.The research mainly includes that the foaming principle and technics of pulp;The decision ofexperiment prescription and the infection of adhesive blowing agent for the characterof foaming pulp material and the cushion performance and comparison of foaming pulpmaterial.According to the orthogonal experiment,we get optimal experiment prescription thatis:pulp:30g, Corn starch:15g, composite binder(PVA、CMC):3g, mixed blowing agent(sodium bicarbonate, Ammonium bicarbonate, Sodium carbonate:3g,assist-antagent:2.0g,plasticizer:1.0g,nucleate:1.0g,foaming temperature:120℃. Pulp from the foam cushioning material apparent good performance, flexible foam cushioning materials show that the pulp has a certain buffer performance. The study has proved the foaming feasibility of pulp and established definite base fordeveloping the mature foaming molded pulp material.The study has stated value of referenceand application.
