The experimental results show that when the matching between Aramid fiber and PPTA is 1:1.5 more or less,the tensile strength、tear and formation of aramid paper is the best.Not become the matching between Aramid fiber and PPTA, PEO dispersant can be to effectively improve the effectiveness of the scattered; with the increase of Peo dispersant joining, the effect of scattered is increasing, while the used of PEO dispersant is 0.15%, the tensile strength、tear and formation of aramid paper become the best. The tensile strength and tear of aramid paper that papermarking for two is strong than the aramid paper which is papermarking for one. The experimental results show that the thickness of aramid paperis and tear is to decrease,but the tensile strength of aramid paperis is to stronger.
