It is determined by the conditions which the status of the city is more and more important. Municipal administration has a long history in China. However, the formation of modern municipal management underwent a tortuous development process which was from start, form to development, and formed a municipal management system with Chinese characteristics. The city is a place which creates wealth and gathers the treasure.
