In this process, election bribery as a 'byproduct' also will be produced and caused widespread social concern. The election bribery produce a variety of reasons in the village committee elections, mainly political reasons, economic reasons, cultural reasons and social reasons, with a wide variety of its forms, such as bribery money, gifts in kind, interest commitments, inviting guests to eat and the black box operation and so on. Now, the harm caused by election bribery more and more serious , it destroyed the village of democracy, hampering the rural economic development, disrupting the public order in rural areas, dampened the enthusiasm of the village election, and so on. The reasons for election bribery and forms, mischief, so curb election bribery must use the means of tackling both the symptoms and gradually reduce the harm, while its political, economic, cultural, and social aspects to comprehensive prevention.
