安装方法：
1) Download and unzip the files to your computer.

2) Move both .dlls to C:\Program Files\SAS\SAS 9.1\stat\sasexe on your machine.

3) Go back to the extracted folder and move glimmix_tpl.sas to C:\Documents and
Settings\<your user ID>\My Documents\My SAS Files\9.1

4) Open SAS and select File>Open Program on your tool bar then select
glimmix_tpl.sas that should now be located at C:\Documents and
Settings\<your user ID>\My Documents\My SAS Files\9.1\glimmix_tpl.sas and
press open.
