Economic and Political Studies

The Economic and Political Studies is apeer-reviewed quarterly journal. The EPSseeks to promote the studies of economics and politics by addressing issuesconcerning China and its interaction with the world, encouraging aninterdisciplinary approach, while exploring critiques from variousperspectives. The journal also provides an international forum for innovativetheoretical and empirical work where the fields of economics and politicsintersect. Both qualitative and quantitative articles are eligible for possiblepublication in the journal. The journal also considers related areas such asinternational economics, development economics, comparative political economy,international relations, and political philosophy, making the EPS an essential reference for in-depthknowledge and up-to-date coverage of economics and politics.

You are cordially invited to submit manuscripts to the EPS. Research articles, review essays,research reports and book reviews are all welcome. For authors we will offer aremuneration of 500 CNY per thousand words. Upon receipt of your manuscript, a confirmation e-mail will be sentelectronically. Eligible manuscripts will be reviewed by the editors and as arule by (at least) two referees. The evaluation process normally takes nolonger than ten weeks.
