<P>我是无意中看到的，今年7月11-23日在意大利的特兰托大学（Univ. of Trento）举办了一个行为经济学暑期研讨班，教学负责人是大名鼎鼎的哈佛Laibson和伯克利Rabin。</P>
<P>研讨班邀请了八位Guest Lecturers参加行为经济学圆桌会议，他们是：伯克利的Akerlof，加州理工的Camerer，苏黎世的Fehr，普林斯顿的Kahneman，麻省理工的Mullainathan，普林斯顿的Shafir，芝加哥的Thaler，怎么样，前七位都是怎样吹捧都不过分的一等一的牛人吧！且看着第八位——</P>

<P>Nava Ashraf is a Phd candidate in the department of economics at Harvard University. Her research focuses on the intersection of behavioral economics and development economics, and uses experimental methodologies in the field as well as the laboratory. Her field research has taken her to the Philippines, Kenya, South Africa, and Colombia. Her current research investigates the role that self-control and 'spousal' control problems play in inhibiting savings mobilization in developing countries. This research uses a randomized evaluation design to test the potential of commitment mechanisms to overcome these problems. Other research has used an experimental approach to studying the formation and decomposition of trust in different societies, and has found that altruism plays a much larger role in the decision to trust and be trustworthy than has previously been acknowledged.</P>

<P>简历中的亮点有：</P>
<P>同时有三篇dissertation papers（这是博士论文的意思吧？乖乖！），其中两篇与人合作，已完成；一篇独立研究，正是这篇，在特兰托的暑期研讨班上进行报告。</P>
<P>正在写作的论文还有4篇，包括一篇正和Camerer和Loewenstein合作的论文。</P>
