第一章为19e的高清原版，其他章节类似作者的proof reading版，里边有作者的一些修改在里边，有点类似draft，但是是高清的，比原版多一些框之类的，不影响阅读。第二章的draft版也放上来方便对比。有几章尚未找到：Ch4，Ch12，Ch16，Ch19，Ch25，Ch29。另外Ch17，Ch23，Ch24都有两版，我还没细看区别，都先放上来。(PS：第二章高清原版在论坛已存在，无法上传，请自行搜索。下载后可与draft版本作对比。)
