虽然基础但 基本功 很重要~~~~~~~~~

许多Stata高手很强调指令语法，但对新手而言，往往摸不著头续，
不如善用Stata的菜单栏操作，这也是Stata平易近人的一面，
【注意，尽量在对话窗口~submit~，这可以重复变化指令选项，不想变化才鼠标点击~OK~】
况且操作完毕，您可以copy那些指令，进一步更熟悉并掌握这些指令。

【本人转档很辛苦，一是如果要影像清晰，档案很大而无法上传~超过50mb~，
二是如果要档案小而快速上传，则影像很不清晰】
【总之，取得每个档案约在十几mb，这是本人觉得还可以接受的范围，但还是传很久很久……】
