The inclass midterm exam will be givenon sometime after the spring break. The exam will cover the material in thefirst five homework assignments. It will be closed book but you may bring one8 by 11 formula sheet with whatever information you want on it. You may useboth sides of the sheet. You may not use a calculator. It is enough toexpress any numerical answer as a formula which can easily be evaluated usinga calculator.

The final exam will be a take home examand it will be handed out on the last day of class.
