第三届“华西卫生政策与经济博士生论坛”征稿延期通知

2018年11月1日-3日，成都

应广大学者要求，第三届“华西卫生政策与经济博士生论坛”征稿截止时间延长至9月15日。欢迎各院校、科研机构博士生继续投稿。

一、论坛概况

主办单位：四川大学西部农村卫生发展研究中心、四川大学华西公共卫生学院

时间：2018年11月1日-3日

地点：成都市四川大学华西校区西区志德堂

日程：11月1日，报到；11月2日，专家主题发言（复旦大学陈文教授、华中科技大学方鹏骞教授）和获奖论文报告；11月3日，现场考察。

二、征稿要求

征稿对象：在卫生政策与经济学领域开展相关研究的博士研究生，专业不限（包括但不限于医学、经济学、管理学、历史学、理学等专业）。

截止日期：2018年9月15日

投稿要求：

（一）卫生政策与经济相关研究论文；字数不限，中英文均可；

（二）论文内容尚未正式发表（所有入围论文将入寻第二届华西卫生政策与经济博士生论坛”论文集。论文集属交流资料，不具有正式刊号，不会对论文的后续投稿发表产生版权影响）；

（三）投稿邮件以“华西博士生论坛投稿”为标题。投稿邮件正文需包含论文题目、摘要、作者姓名、单位、电话和电子邮件等信息。收到投稿后，会务组将回复邮件确认。

三、论文入选和获奖

论文入选：经专家评审后，组委会将于2018年9月30日前，从符合投稿要求的论文中评选40篇入围论文，以电子邮件方式向入选论文作者发出正式的会议邀请。

论文获奖：入围论文将分为获奖论文（分设一、二、三等奖）和优秀论文。论文一等奖1名，奖金5000元/名；论文二等奖2名，奖金4000元/名；论文三等奖3名，奖金3000元/名；优秀论文34名，奖金1000元/名。

四、注意事项

（一）本次论坛以促进相关研究领域博士生交流为目的，不收取任何形式的会务费。论坛期间食宿由会务组统一安排，其他费用自理。

The 2018 West China Health Policy and EconomicsDoctoral Forum

Chengdu, China, November 1-3, 2018

We have received a few requests to extend the paper submission deadline. Weare, therefore, willing to receive your papers as long as you submit before September 15th.

The 2018 West China Health Policy and Economics Doctoral forum will be heldon Nov 1-3 in Chengdu, China. The Forum is co-organized by West China Research Center for Rural HealthDevelopment and West China School of Public Health, Sichuan University. We now invite fullpaper submissions related to China’s health policy and system research.

lDeadline for full paper submissions: September 15th, 2018

lAcceptance notification: September 30th, 2018

lDates of forum: November 1st-3rd, 2018

Paper requirements

lAll doctoral students registered in domesticuniversities or research organizations are welcomed.

lThe paper submitted must NOT have been published, or accepted for any kind of publication. All fields of papers related toChina’s health policy and system research will be considered. Paper language can be either English orChinese, without limitation of words.

lThere is no registration fee for invited participants, and expenses during the forum including accommodation and site visit will be fully covered by theforum organizers.
