<P>有人说高盛文化对咨询公司的治理很有帮助，不知有人能否发来共享；</P>
<P>无数的人发短消息问我要，我的资料乱，找了很久才找到，扫的，pdf版，中文确实有的，不知道放到哪个硬盘里了，谁有就传一下吧，我没空，忙。</P>

<P>想问一句：弟兄们想从事的投行事业有那么大的魅力吗，我怎么没觉得？我自己认为是由于国内投行没有CULTURE ，因此就不可能有SUCESS。不知你们同意我 的观点否？</P>
<P>传了好几次，都失败，故要收7元。</P>
<P>如果大家想好好研究goldman，这个东西是它上市之前的，上市之后的东西，也应该好好看，自己去纽交所找吧，我就不传了。</P></DIV>
