This may be misperceived as an attempt to troll. It is not: the question posed concerns national existence.

And it concerns the human capital which comprises approximately 2 / 3 of a country's total wealth stock, and the dysgenic trend since 1949. Nothing of interest rates, this-or-that fine-tuning means anything if Chinese cannot contend with whosoever nationality that may conquest the country, whether via military competition or economic competition: The thermodynamically superior machine must win. Therefore, the briefest comparison of Chinese to perhaps the two leading nationalities of our time:


The Chinese v. The English

IQ tests show Chinese average an analytical IQ three points lower than the English and the other Northwest European nationalities. Analytical IQ, not visio-spatial IQ where Chinese outscore Anglo-Saxons, is what matters in Business and in Invention. Dr. Richard Lynn, perhaps the world's leading psychometrician, has noted virtually every War in history has been won by the higher-IQ ethnic group. Physics-wise, again; the explanation is simple: the more efficient thermodynamic machine wins the resource contest.

In Farewell to Alms, the economist Dr. Gregory Clark argues that the British shot ahead of China and India due to substantially higher birthrates in England's upper classes over a period of 600 to 800 years. A differential birthrate iterated through several dozen generations gave the genetic advantage to England: Clark believes that Industrial Revolution began in England simply because English have higher analytical IQ than those in China or India. The Chinese v. The Jews

The Jewish advantage in verbal-analytical IQ over Chinese averages 15 points to 18 points. Which is a lot. And this differential has reflected in accomplishment: the Jewish dominion of Nobel prizes, and in economic dominion in the West, et alia.

The Jews constitute the only demographically expansionary population in an otherwise dying West, also in Israel (TFR of 2.7) and boast the subgroup with the world's highest fertility (the Chasidim at a TFR of 6.0 children per woman.) This demic expansion did not occur by accident but due to a pro-natalist policy implemented by Jewish communal groups in the 1950s and 1960s - at the same time Henry Kissinger, the Rothschilds, and the Rockefellers initiated a depopulation program upon the rest of the world.

That is, the ethnic group with the world's highest IQ is increasing in number.

Dysgenics in China

From 1949 to 1976, the CCP implemented a JEW Marx-designed program to annihilate China's own upper class - that is, anyone proven capable of more than manual labor. Unknown millions of the country's most valuable human capital - the scholars, landlords, and entrepreneurs were removed from the gene pool; harried to an early grave were also the children of this upper class.

In 1979, the CCP implemented the JEW Kissinger-designed one-child policy which prevents the natural expansion of the upper class, as it were. In contrast, the upper class continues to expand at 15% per generation in a dying West (based on the TFR of ~2.3, which is higher than that of the shrinking lower classes). By targeting the urban areas for one-child, where a country's talent migrates, it has reduced China's absolute output of high-level talent by ~60% from 1979 to 2010.

Is this mathematical genocide of Chinese, and the residual reduction to ever-lower national IQ not obvious to all?

Is the end result of a country of manual-laborers rented out to U.S. Jewish and WASP-owned foreign businesses, not ever-more the reality?

And why write of economic miscellanea, of trifles, of minutiae as country mathematically genocides to ZERO? Does the inaction not further supply empirical evidence of a Darwinianly terminal population?

Again, I wish to close with this fact which should dominate the thought, precede any other consideration: GNP primarily measures the 1/6 of national wealth stock in material goods, not necessarily the 1/6 in natural capital nor the 2/3 in human capital. As a first approximation, if GNP (material goods) grows at 10% while the human capital shrinks 50% per cohort, the components of growth are +1.6%, 0%, -33.3%. That is the mine the CIA has laid under China's development: the actual growth rate of China is a negative 31.6%. It may be so buildings are going up, but many times outweighed by the depletion of human capital stock accumulated in thousands year.
