【内容提要】全球经济危机导致的外需萎缩使中国东南沿海的加工贸易面临新的挑战：出口拉动型的经济增长方式难以为继，低价出口的成本竞争优势逐渐弱化。加工贸易产业通过产业升级与转移可以突破困境。已有的研究表明，FDI主导的加工贸易并不必然导致技术外溢，进而有助于本土企业完成升级。内生的自主研发是实现产业升级的必由之路，以扩大内需为载体的国内价值链的构建对于东南沿海加工贸易产业的成功转型尤为重要。

【英文摘要】The globalfinancialcrisis hasshrunk the external demand, which brings new challenges to the processing trade industry along the southeast coast of China. It is difficult to maintain the export-driven economic growth, and the competitive advantage of low cost export is gradually weakening. However, through industrial upgrading and transferring, the processing trade industry can get rid of the difficult position. Studies show that the processing trade dominated by FDI does not necessarily result in technology spillovers, which can help the local enterprises complete their industrial upgrading. The endogenous independent R&D is the only way to realize industrial upgrading. In order to make a successful transfer of the processing trade industry along the southeast coast, it is of vital importance to construct the domestic valve chain, with expanding domestic demands as the carrier.
