【内容提要】国际金融危机对中国的经济增长形成了巨大冲击。由于出口的急剧下降，导致国内生产增长率出现大幅度下降。中国ZF积极应对国际金融危机的冲击，提出了一揽子保持经济增长速度稳定的措施。在影响经济增长的同时，国际金融危机及其一系列刺激计划必然会对中国收入分配状况形成巨大影响。在上述背景下，本文首先研究了2009年中国收入分配状况并预测了其在未来的发展趋势。其次，梳理了2009年中国ZF出台的有关调节收入分配的政策。最后，分析了我国收入分配领域有待于进一步解决的问题并提出了完善中国收入分配政策的建议。

【英文摘要】The international financial crisis has brought tremendous impact on China's economic growth. The sharp decline of exports led to an apparent drop of domestic production growth rate. The Chinese government actively coped with the international financial crisis, putting forward measures to maintain a steady economic growth. Besides, the series of stimulus program must exert great impact on income distribution in China. In this context, this paper firstly studied the income distribution situation in China in 2009 and predicted its development trend in the future. Secondly, it sorted the income distribution policies promulgated by Chinese government in 2009. Finally, the paper analyzed the income distribution issues that need to be solved further and proposed improvement policies.
