【内容提要】我国存在着城市化驱动消费机理的现实悖论，原因在于城市化发展非均衡、二元社会保障结构、消费挤占和收入分配结构失衡，要实现经济拉动方式由投资出口主导向消费主导的重要转变，应从城市化道路、城乡经济、收入分配结构、社会保障制度这四个方面入手。

【英文摘要】In China, there is the paradox of reality of consumption promotion effect from urbanization. The reason lies in the four aspects of non-equilibrium in urbanization, the dual structure of social security, crowding-out effect and nonequilibrium in income distribution structure. To achieve important transformation from the investment & export-led to consumption-led in the economic pull mode, we should focus on urbanization, urban and rural economies, income distribution structure and the social security system.
