如何礼貌地向老外请求文献原文

Recently, I found one of your articles, titled "__________" （文章名）in XXXX(杂志名）. I found it may help me achieve my goals in this research field. This would make a really positive contribution to my work. I would like to be able to read the full text of this article. The abstract makes the article sound very interesting.
However, this Journal is not available in our library, I have not the access to the full-text file.

co-ordination of Chongqing city,and I found one of your articles,titled"From Land Use Right to Land Development Right: Institutional Change in China's Urban Development" on Urban Studies,The abstract makes the article sounds interesting to me, I wish I would be able to read the full text of this articles,it would make a great contribution to my work, There is usually a fee required to obtain the full text from the"SAGE Journal online",as a student ,my only income is a small scholarship per mouth, so I am wondering if you would consider sending the full text (pdf or word) by email to me, i would be very greatful to you for your help!
