鞠建东，清华大学经管学院经济系教授，国际经济研究中心主任。1982年获南京大学数学系学士学位，1987年获清华大学经济学硕士学位，1995年获美国宾州州立大学经济学博士学位。
主要讲授课程：高级国际贸易。
主要研究领域为国际贸易、国际金融、产业组织。
在American Economic Review、Journal of International Economics、American Economic Journal等国际一流学术杂志上发表论文多篇。目前承担有世界银行（World Bank）和货币基金组织（IMF）的多项科研项目。
自1995年至今担任美国俄克拉荷马大学（University of Oklahom）经济系助理教授、副教授（终身聘任）、教授，2007年至2009年担任国际货币基金组织研究部客座研究员，兼任世界银行顾问。附上鞠老师文章“开放新阶段和华夏共同体的构想”：
