The study has very important research and application value.The study combines the technics of the expanded plastic and molded pulp.On the basis ofexperiment and theory combination,we have deeply studied the foaming technology of pulp.The research mainly includes that the foaming principle and technics of pulp;The decision ofexperiment prescription and the infection of adhesive blowing agent for the characterof foaming pulp material and the cushion performance and comparison of foaming pulpmaterial.According to the orthogonal experiment,we get optimal experiment prescription thatis:pulp:30g, Corn starch:15g, composite binder(PVA、CMC):3g, mixed blowing agent(sodium bicarbonate, Ammonium bicarbonate, Sodium carbonate:3g,assist-antagent:2.0g,plasticizer:1.0g,nucleate:1.0g,foaming temperature:120℃. Pulp from the foam cushioning material apparent good performance, flexible foam cushioning materials show that the pulp has a certain buffer performance. The study has proved the foaming feasibility of pulp and established definite base fordeveloping the mature foaming molded pulp material.The study has stated value of referenceand application. The main contents including feasibility analysis, technology process design and calculation, equipment selection and layout, and the design for additional auxiliary facilities. First, according to the relevant reference,it is performed analysis to determine the background and feasibility for the design based on some practical data from decorative raw paper companies, combined with the properties of decorative base paper on the design. Subsequently it is obtained the amount of the raw paper and the consume of gas, electric and water by calculated as the technology process designed. Meanwhile, it is necessary to intend for the appropriate equipment and make a reasonable arrangement in the workshop. Finally, it is significant to arrange the auxiliary facilities (such as water supply and drainage, thermal power, waste treatment, green plant, labor safety, etc.) and environmental protection (make waste water, waste gas and other waste full recycled). Straw pulp can be used to make corrugated paper and cardboard paper,for it is the main source of Packaging board . In accordance with the situation of raw material shortcoming and paper quality declining ,especially the weakness of stiffness and compressive process, the dissertation also combines the analysis and comparison of corrugated paper and cardboard paper producing by HangZhou XiaoShan CaiLun paper company, basing on data acquisition sampling in that spot and experimental research and analysis conducted in lab, the technology of high yield pulp production and it influence on the properties of paper board can be studied systematically, also some suggestions can be offered. Pulp from the pulp strength properties and to eva luate, bamboo paper is a better raw materials, second only to coniferous wood, close to broad-leaved trees. With the development of paper industry, for cooking and ECF,TCF bleaching, such as new non- chlorine or less- chlorine methods, new technologies replace the traditional bamboo and conventional batch cooking chlorine bleaching of pulp and technology is the goal of modern bamboo plant. On behalf of a bamboo wood, paper industry in order to reduce the demand for wood raw material pressure to adapt to the requirements of ecological and environmental protection for the bamboo paper provides a broad development opportunities. This paper analyzes the old and the new chemical composition of the bamboo content and, through cooking, compare new and old bamboo the cooking characteristics of bamboo. The experimental results show that the cooking properties of the new bamboo was little higher than the old bamboo.with the increasing of the alkalinity,the the old cooking bamboo has more influence to the whiteness. at last,I bleach two group both of new and old cooking bamboo in the same alkalinity level. The experimental results show that,both the new and old cooking bamboo increace almost the same whiteness level through the ECF bleaching in the same alkalinity level,the increace of whiteness was stable both in stage one and stage two.it open out that ECF bleaching have a stable effect on increasing the bleaching for the cooking bamboo which was cooking in the same condition.
