请问关于一家公司的财务介绍里有 20-F 6-K S-8 是什么意思， 有什么大的区别
还有现在才2月分初，为什么第三季度报表 都到2011年3月末，怎么回事

7# chinsan83 那个是估计计算出来的，一般都是为了算税务，做审计报告。一般是3月份将财报审计报告提交董事会APPROVAL后交给相关监管部门并公布，而工作是需要时间的，所以最后的数据是依据一些准则行业惯例估计计算出的

这个和财年的计算时间开始有关系。
我国是从1月1日开始算新的一年开始，有些国家是从7月1日开始算的。
你给的日本的报表，你看一下日本是不是从7月1日开始算财年的。

不需要重合的，和各国财政部的规定有关。我觉得日本好像是7月份开始算，因为到3月31日是第三个季度结束。
