既然一个人的保留价格是对他或她对于买或不买有关商品并不在乎的价格,那么应当如何理解这句话"按价格p出租的住房数量正好是所持保留价格大于或等于p的人数"

持有保留价格p的人,我们并不能确定他是否租赁该住房,不是吗??
