【内容提要】将技术效率引入中国旅游产业效率分析，运用DEA模型对2001-2007年中国旅游产业技术效率及其区域差异进行实证分析。结果表明：中国旅游产业技术效率大致呈“U”型变化，近年来有上升趋势，但整体水平偏低，全国均值为0.571；中国旅游产业技术效率区域差距明显。东部地区高于西部地区，而西部地区又高于中部地区；我国旅游产业技术效率变异系数大致呈倒“U”型变化，近年来区域差异有缩小的趋势。对此，要通过转变产业增长方式，整合产业链，建立和完善产业创新体系等措施来提高中国旅游产业的技术效率。

【英文摘要】Technical efficiency is introduced into China's tourism industry efficiency analysis, and an empirical analysis is made on the technical efficiency and the regional differences of tourism industry in China from 2001 to 2007 by using DEA model. The results show that during the period, the technical efficiency of China's tourism industry shows approximately a "U"-type changes, and there is an upward trend in recent years, but the overall level is low with 0.571 on average nationally. The technical efficiency is significantly different in different regions. The efficiency of eastern region is higher than the western region, and the western region is higher than the central region. The coefficient of variation of the technical efficiency shows a reversed "U"-type changes approximately, and the regional differences show a narrowing tendency in recent years. Therefore, the authors point out some measures to increase the technical efficiency of China's tourism industry, such as changing the growth pattern of industries, integrating industrial chain, establishing and improving the innovation system of industries.
