讲解a pinch of 是一个单位，就是用手拿的“一小撮，少量”，so a pinch of salt, 就是“少许盐”。如果有炒菜经验的同学，可能就知道，加盐的时候我们应该要谨慎一点，不然一下加太多了就咸了。
所以 take something with a pinch of salt, it means to not completely believe something that you are told, because you think it is unlikely to be true, 这个短语比喻的含义就是“半信半疑，不全信”。
发音我们在读这句话的时候，要注意 salt 这个单词的读音，中间的元音是/ɔː/, 然后加上辅音/l/, 这个辅音的/l/很多同学在读的时候直接就省略了，正确的应该是/sɔːlt/.
