key responsibilities:
assist to prepare loan and security documentation in conformity with credit decision and the bank's requirements;
assist to check and review loan documentation and any other legal document the bank will execute with any third parties;
assist and try to provide support and advice to the bank's operations with guidance from legal officer;
keep filing of all legal documents in a proper and satisfied way;
custodian work;
other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Trade Risk Manager

job duties
? monitor the loan to collateral ratio ("ltv") and send out top up notice to customer.
? set up and clarify insurance policy, including the adequacy of insurance coverage and insurance policies for shipment and warehousing of financed stocks
? check and clarify insurance policies for shipment and warehousing, including the adequacy of insurance coverage.
? provide freight costs from market sources.
? monitor and follow up on regularization of irregularities / deviations.
? disposal of collateral in liaison with corporate banking department in a borrower default scenario.
? conduct annual due diligence checks of warehouse/sites in locations where the bank's collaterals are under cm management
? provide current outstanding positions of the branch stf customer base, collateral and off-takers, as well as updating the monthly trade risk committee on the metal and freight markets.
? give credit advice on credit applications ( cas ) for new and existing customers of stf.
knowledge and experience :
? wide local market knowledge on metal processing, collateralization and collateral liquidiation.
? local knowledge in custom clearance, collateral and warehouse management.
? preferably with bank product knowledge in front-to-back l/cs, inventory/warehouse/tank finance, specific sales contract(s) finance, receivables-backed finance, borrowing base facilities-financing.
education:
university degree and 5 years relevant experience. fluent english and mandarin.
