今天已经是28日了，这次知识产权宣传活动非常好，非常有意义。
我再啰嗦几句以示严重支持这次活动：
针对大家的精彩言论有必要指出的一点是：知识产权保护的国内和国际之间的区别。这一点的启示还是来源于李斯特。市场经济是好的，要发挥配置资源的基础性作用，但当国内与国外的产业竞争力相差悬殊的时候，有必要实行一段保护主义，以期是幼稚产业成熟成长起来，具体做法，争议颇多，但这一思路是公认的，正因如此，李斯特的著作才叫《政治经济学的国民体系》强调国民性、国家性。那么结合当前我们的讨论，知识产权保护是否还得区别对待这种国际或世界主义与国家主义之间的区别呢？答案应该是显而易见的。
