If Microsoft can integrate skype with wp7, wp7 will be very attractive to comsumers. But Microsoft need to take care of Mobile network operators' dissatisfaction.
By the way, I think this is a good way to practise written english and I will try my best to stick to it.

From my obversation,stock price of listed companies will down after their acquisition. Maybe its effection is directly and obveresly reflected from financial statments.
