For most chinese people, owning a big house is one of the symbols of fortune.  Most people will strive for it for the whole life. However, is it necessary? How many fun and meaningful things have you missed?

As the author said, in small cities this ratio is low, while there is a totally different situation in the big cities. So the behavior characteristics are various. Distribution inequality or else, the fact is some Chinese are rich, and they need investment to maintenance value. i'm not sure whether our country will experience a property doom,but i do think that our conutry's But i do think that our country's empty apartments is rally a great problem.
