Thanks very much dude! people who have not delivered their respect and appreciation can be sorted 3 types: people in the first group have never gotten to know this book; people in the second group have known this book but fail to find this book in your post; people in the third group find and download this book from your post but fail to deliver their thanks which they shouldn't. But dude, I think 2 dollar is undervalued.
