智能合约，简单来说就是将我们生活中的合约数字化，当满足一个条件后，可以由程序自动执行的技术。就比如你跟我做了一个约定，我们定好奖惩措施，然后将约定通过代码的形式，录入区块链中，一旦触发约定条件，就会有程序自动来执行，这就是智能合约。如果A向B借钱不还，欠条等于合约。而将这张欠条公布于天下让所有人都知道的合约这就是智能合约..

智能合约如何运作？

假设你想要出售自己的房产：出售房产的过程需要大量的文书工作以及与多方的沟通，而沟通往往复杂耗时，还存在欺诈的风险。在当前，大多数想要交易房产的人都会通过房地产经纪人来进行。这些代理商负责处理文书工作和寻找市场。他们在整个过程中充当中间人，并负责磋商和审查工作。

当然，你也不会完全信任与你打交道的房地产代理人。他们会通过第三方提供的委托付款服务来实现将资金从一方转给另一方。

资金和财产权都可以存储在分布式系统中，各参与方都可以实时进行查看。由于交易将由所有的网络参与者共同见证，因此可以消除欺诈的可能性。此外，由于各方之间的信任不再是问题，因此没有中间人参与交易。当前由地产代理进行的工作都可以编码到智能合约中，从而在买方和卖方两端节省大量资金和时间成本。



“不智能”的智能合约“smart”这个词带有“合同天生就智能”之意，但其实并非这样。智能合约“智能”的点在于不需要第三方协作就可以执行合同。以租房合同为例，智能合约无法将没有支付租金的房客赶出去，但可以将其关在门外。他不是天生就智能。

而是有效力的执行此前当事人们协议好的结果。一个真正智能的合约应该考虑到所有需要斟酌体谅的情况，做出即使面临121黑暗的状况也依然公平的裁定。

换而言之，它就像是个121的法。既能十分完美的遵循基本规则，又不会因任何其他事情动摇。

Complexity will lead to many problems.You should know that even for ordinary contracts,the more complex the contract is,the more difficult it will be to implement it.Because complexity enhances the uncertainty and interpretation space of events in the contract.For smart contracts,it needs to deal with every possibility in the operation and ensure that the direction of contract operation conforms to the author's intention.
