1.努力做某事

例：He always try his level best to help others, which encourages the rest of us to do the same.
spare no effort to do sth
例: The government should be determined to spare no effort in improving this situation completely.
make joint/combined efforts to do sth 共同努力做某事
例：The enforcement agencies will continue to gather intelligence and make joint/combined efforts to curb such illegal activities.
devote/commit/dedicate oneself to doing sth
例：We have been told that the best way to earn respect is to devote ourselves to helping people in need.
commit one’s whole being to doing sth 全身心投入做某事
例：The government must commit itself to improving healthcare.
with every fibre of one’s being 全身心投入做某事
例：I'm going to fight with every fiber of my being to make this company a success!
